Summary: This is our 2nd stay at this property. The first time was to visit Kennedy Space Center and this time for a church conference on Merritt Island. We loved that this was away from the traffic and busy tourist area. We also enjoyed walking out on the dock and seeing the water. They accommodated an early check in. We were quite comfortable there.

Summary: This cottage was very secluded, had plenty of room inside and outside for our boys, 14,12 and 8. The dock was really nice for them as well. Was very close to shopping, fast food and restaurants. The host was amazing to work with.

Summary: Property was just what we were looking for. Easy to find and close to the ocean. A quick drive will get you many of the places the area has to offer. I would stay again should we book another fishing trip.

Summary: Our stay was easy and comfortable. On the day of our arrival I received message from the host on how to enter the home. We arrived after dark and the home was easy to find using Google Maps and the street address was visible on the home. The entry was well lit. The home was exactly as described. The home and location was quiet and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. A nice older home. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our staying was short, but we enjoy the cottage.Very clean, great location, best of all very private. Great comunicación with Mrs. penny ( owner )we hardly recommend this beautiful place .

Summary: Property is exactly as described but more. Well maintained home that is private from the main home. Being able to use their dock was a plus. We were able to fish but didn’t catch. Home was close to everything we visited and neighborhood was co quiet and relaxing.

Summary: We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, updated and well stocked. The location is on the river and is beautiful. Easy and quick drive to Cocoa Beach. Definitely recommend!
